Requirements:
\n\u2022 Availability to work occationally at the Client\u2019s site in Sunrise, FL (required);
\n\u2022 Project management experience
\n\u2022 Experience with permit application and approval processes.
\n\u2022 Experience in managing project schedules and tracking progress.
\n\u2022 Experience in safety protocols and regulations related to project management.
\n\u2022 Experience in using Microsoft Teams, project trackers, and other relevant software.
\n\u2022 Experience in generating reports and develop dashboards based on project data.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
\nCollaborate with project analysts, support personnel, and vendors to develop project proposals.
\n\u2022 Manage the permit application and approval process, scheduling work upon approval.
\n\u2022 Verify proposal adherence to agreed-upon site placements and make necessary adjustments.
\n\u2022 Coordinate facility preparation tasks, including key distribution, cleanup, deliveries, and security arrangements.
\n\u2022 Flexibility to work occasional evening hours and attend virtual meetings with project team members.
\n\u2022 Track project progress and updates in project trackers, utilizing CAP system or Building Department ISS for permit and inspection status.
