Requirements:
\n\u2022 Availability to work 100% at the Client\u2019s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
\n\u2022 Project Management experience (4+ years);
\n\u2022 Information technology work experience (7+ years);
\n\u2022 Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functionalities;
\n\u2022 Certification – Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
\nPreferred:
\n\u2022 Experience with SAP S4;
\n\u2022 Experience with Migration to S4<\/p>\n
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
\n\u2022 Responsible for project management deliverables such as project charter, project schedule,
\ncommunication plan, required status meetings, and others.
\n\u2022 Assist CSP in preparing responses to contractor\/project partner plans and deliverables. Planning and identifying quality requirements, estimating costs, and determining budgets.
\n\u2022 Develop and manage a project management plan, monitor the project work, and manage any necessary changes, issues, and coordinate resolution.
\n\u2022 Identify and manage project risks, planning for documentation of potential risks, assist with implementing and managing mitigation strategies.
\n\u2022 Prepare and present project status reports and metrics, defining and developing schedules and\/or activities, estimating resources and activity durations; monitor the progress of a project; compare actual performance against planned\/scheduled performance; adjust schedule\/resources to ensure that key milestones are reached.
