\nTeknoz is seeking a PeopleSoft HCM Senior Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the overall HCM Business Analyst and Developer team. You will be partnering with various IT teams (HR IT, Global Information Security, System and Database Administration, etc.), HR business team, and HR Systems Vendors for the PeopleSoft HCM application support and development. Required Qualifications:
\n\u2022 At least 4+ years of Relevant Information Technology experience.
\n\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
\n\u2022 4+ years business experience in the PeopleSoft HCM Platform.
\n\u2022 Oracle Certified expert in PeopleSoft HCM Solutions (version 9.2 or above) software or equivalent experience.
\n\u2022 Experience in design, support, and configuration of multiple HCM modules: Core HR, Manage Labor Relations.
\n\u2022 Experience within Services sector organizations.
\n\u2022 Should have experience managing the full project lifecycle on multiple projects where PeopleSoft HCM is deployed.
\n\u2022 Experience in work allocation planning, work distribution, and managing deliverables from a large-sized team of business analysts, developers, and system and security administrators.
\n\u2022 Experience in software testing and quality management.<\/p>\n
4+ years business experience in the PeopleSoft HCM Platform
\nOracle Certified expert in PeopleSoft HCM Solutions (version 9.2 or above) software or equivalent experience
