Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Application Development:
\nDesign and develop scalable and maintainable Pega applications.
\nImplement Pega solutions using best practices and standards.
\nParticipate in full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.<\/p>\n
Collaboration and Communication:
\nWork closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other applications.<\/p>\n
Customization and Optimization:
\nCustomize Pega solutions to meet business needs.
\nOptimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.<\/p>\n
Documentation and Training:
\nMaintain detailed technical documentation for Pega applications.
\nProvide guidance and training to junior developers as needed.<\/p>\n
Troubleshooting and Support:
\nAnalyze and resolve technical issues and defects in Pega applications.
