Position Description:<\/p>\n
Years of Experience: 5 years.
\nAble to integrate with and managing APIs exposing microservices (REST, SOAP) including development and support of Java\/JavaScript services.
\nExperience on Web Portal design and development, including Web content management.
\nGood UML skills and ability to facilitate OO\/J2EE design, following best practices and design patterns.
\nFamiliarity with event-based System of Engagement architectures.
\nIdeally familiar with Design Thinking, Behavior and Test-Driven Development.
\nExperience developing cloud-hosted, responsive, single page web applications using JavaScript, Java, HTML5, CSS3.
\nHigh proficiency with client-side JavaScript frameworks (preferably React\/Redux), server-side frameworks (preferably NodeJS) and NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB).
\nExperience with Liferay or other portlet-based service preferred.
\nExperience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts).
\nDemonstrates active pursuit of optimizing CI\/CD process and tools, testing frameworks and practices (preferably GitHub, Jenkins\/Bamboo, Mocha\/Karma, etc).
\nKafka. Node.JS, Docker \/ Kubernetes \/ Mesos \/ CoreOS, AWS.
\nRx and ICP framework and operator libraries, core execution engines, high scale streaming data management, manageability and tooling, and system optimization.
\nExperience with automotive and head unit preferred.
\nFamiliarity with test-and-learn approaches using web and customer analytics data, understanding how these drive hypotheses-based development.
\nExperience presenting ideas, concepts and POCs to executive teams and stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Mandatory Experience<\/p>\n
5 years of software engineering experience.
\nExperience in the automotive industry and automotive connectivity.
