About This Job:<\/p>\n
As a Network Engineer, you\u2019ll be the primary networking expert across our service teams. You\u2019ll design, implement, and support client network environments, from firewall configurations and VLAN design to multi-site deployments and performance optimization.<\/p>\n
You\u2019ll serve as the highest-level escalation point for complex network issues and partner closely on new deployments and upgrades. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic ownership, ensuring client environments are secure, scalable, and standardized.<\/p>\n
As a SME technical resource, you\u2019ll help set the networking standard across our organization while building strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.<\/p>\n
What You\u2019ll Do:<\/p>\n
Serve as the networking subject matter expert across Service Delivery and Professional Services
\nDesign, configure, and support client network environments, including new deployments and upgrades
\nOwn monitoring, performance, and standardization of networks across subscription clients
\nAct as the highest-level escalation point for complex network issues and lead root cause analysis
\nPartner on project scoping, execution, and documentation for network-focused initiatives
\nRecommend and implement improvements to enhance reliability, scalability, and security<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
5+ years of experience in a network engineering or advanced network administration role
\nDeep understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP\/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, routing, switching, firewalls, BBUs (5216, 6630, 6651, 6648, 6672, 6601), IXRE, IXRS, SIAD units, routers, GPS devices etc.)
\nHands-on experience with enterprise network platforms (e.g., Cisco Meraki, Fortinet, UniFi, Palo Alto)
\nRelevant certification (CCNA, CCNP, NSE, PCNSE, or similar) preferred
\nStrong analytical troubleshooting skills with experience serving as an escalation point
\nClear communicator who can work cross-functionally and manage project timelines
