Overview <\/p>\n
We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. This role focuses on creating custom business applications, automating workflows and optimizing processes, and integrating systems to drive efficiency and innovation across the organization. <\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities <\/p>\n
Application Development
\nDesign and build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
\nDevelop responsive, user-friendly interfaces ensuring optimal performance tailored to specific business needs. Applications could range from simple solutions to complex, enterprise-level applications.
\nWorkflow Automation
\nCreate and manage automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows).
\nIntegrate flows with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and third-party systems.
\nSystem Integration
\nConfigure connectors and APIs to integrate apps, data, services, systems and devices with Power Platform.
\nWork with Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint and other data sources for seamless data operations.
\nGovernance & Best Practices
\nApply ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices for solution deployment.
\nEnsure compliance with organizational security and governance standards.
\nSupport & Documentation
\nTroubleshoot and maintain existing apps and flows.
\nPrepare technical documentation and provide end-user training. <\/p>\n
Required Skills & Qualifications <\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent in Information Technology, or related field.
\nThree or more years of experience developing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
\nProficiency with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Dataverse
\nStrong knowledge of SharePoint, Teams, and Office 365 integration.
\nStrong understanding of data governance, workflow design, conditional logic, error handling.
\nKnowledge of JavaScript, HTML\/CSS, and Power Fx for advanced customizations.
\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills. <\/p>\n
Preferred Skills <\/p>\n
Experience with Power BI, Azure Logic Apps, and Copilot Studio.
\nMicrosoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-900).
\nFamiliarity with RPA, AI Builder, and governance tools like CoE Toolkit. <\/p>\n
Soft Skills <\/p>\n
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
