Tableau Developer with Python experience<\/p>\n

\nMinimum Two plus years of experience with BI tools like Business Intelligence Technologies \u2013 Tableau.
\nExperience of working in a financial organization or awareness of financial concepts.
\nProficient in Python
\nDemonstrate excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
\nDeriving data insights and maintain them in dynamic Tableau dashboards, presentations and reports demonstrating multiple dimensions.
\nWorking with users, business stakeholders, product owners \/technology teams to deeply understand customer needs and develop dashboards and reports independently.
\nWorking with large data sets and incomplete information as required.
\nDiscovering new and innovative ways to source and present complex and new information in easily digestible ways.
\nUnderstanding data and pulling out the key insights and themes to inform decision making and presenting information to key stakeholders.
\nUtilizing design skills to produce and maintain clear, articulate & insightful reporting, to best deliver analytic outputs & derived insights to internal and external stakeholders.
\nDriving improvements to ineffective or inefficient processes and sharing best practices.
\nImproving technical knowledge and analytical capabilities through personal development and training, staying up to date with latest technology and techniques while working to identify appropriate use cases to drive insight and share best practices.
\nGoverning new change requests and effectively manage workloads across the development team.<\/p>\n
Role Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Design, develop, conduct unit testing, and maintain complex Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.
\nWork with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve\/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the organization.
\nDesign and maintain data sources (SQL, cloud-based, Excel, etc.) in a scalable manner.
\nWork through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.
\nEnsure consistency by adhering to a set of development and style guides.
\nProvide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation.
\nAdminister Tableau Cloud and maintain Tableau Bridge.
\nResolve support tickets related to Tableau reports and data sources.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Proven experience in developing Tableau dashboards and data sources.
\nAdvanced Tableau development skills required (complex LOD calculations, thorough understanding of order of filter operations, data blending, creation of flows, and more).
\nAbility to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of workbooks.
\nExperience bringing disparate data sources together for analysis.
\nAbility to translate complex business requirements to technical specifications and vice versa.
\nWorking knowledge of Tableau administrator\/architecture and Tableau Bridge.
\nHigh-level competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
\nUnderstanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions.
\nA solid understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling.
\nExcels in creative problem solving, has strong communication skills, pays attention to detail and accuracy.
