Job Summary:<\/p>\n
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead ServiceNow implementation and maintenance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, project management, and Agile\/Scrum delivery frameworks.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Plan, execute, and oversee ServiceNow projects from initiation to closure.
\nManage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
\nCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
\nEnsure adherence to Agile\/Scrum methodologies throughout project execution.
\nTrack project progress, risks, and dependencies; provide regular status updates to leadership.
\nDrive continuous improvement and best practices for ServiceNow implementation and support.
\nRequired Qualifications:<\/p>\n
Proven experience as a Project Manager for ServiceNow implementations or maintenance.
\nStrong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
\nExpertise in Agile\/Scrum project management methodologies.
\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
\nPreferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n
PMP or Scrum Master certification.
