Job Description

Must-have skills: Infrastructure Project Manager (physical security/safety), exp coordinating various installations: electrical, cabling, intercom, and switch/UPS. educational exp

Requirements:
• Availability to work occationally at the Client’s site in Sunrise, FL (required);
• Project management experience
• Experience with permit application and approval processes.
• Experience in managing project schedules and tracking progress.
• Experience in safety protocols and regulations related to project management.
• Experience in using Microsoft Teams, project trackers, and other relevant software.
• Experience in generating reports and develop dashboards based on project data.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Collaborate with project analysts, support personnel, and vendors to develop project proposals.
• Manage the permit application and approval process, scheduling work upon approval.
• Verify proposal adherence to agreed-upon site placements and make necessary adjustments.
• Coordinate facility preparation tasks, including key distribution, cleanup, deliveries, and security arrangements.
• Flexibility to work occasional evening hours and attend virtual meetings with project team members.
• Track project progress and updates in project trackers, utilizing CAP system or Building Department ISS for permit and inspection status.
• Facilitate meetings, take notes, and coordinate follow-up actions with stakeholders
