Job Summary

Teknoz is looking for an OpenText Systems Administrator to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. We are seeking an experienced OpenText Systems Administrator to oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure the security, performance, and scalability of our systems.

Responsibilities

Manage batch classes and batch instances in OpenText Intelligent Capture.
Create and manage regular expressions to identify, extract, and validate document information for operator review.
Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade OpenText Intelligent Capture systems.
Develop or install plug-ins for additional functionality or customization.
Provide advanced custom development for OpenText Intelligent Capture solutions.
Create and edit scan form templates to enhance system functionality.
Collaborate with software developers and OpenText admins to integrate Intelligent Capture services seamlessly.
Ensure the stable operation of in-house software systems and network connections.
Provide local and remote maintenance support for deployed operational systems.
Plan, develop, install, and optimize software and communication links.
Perform general maintenance, upgrades, and new installations of servers and applications.
Analyze and resolve end-user software and connectivity issues.
Conduct training sessions for end users to enhance their system proficiency.
Offer technology recommendations to align with the organization’s vision.
Apply advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load balancing and fault tolerance.
Perform vulnerability management and maintain compliance with security protocols.

Education And Experience

Five (5) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing, two of which are specialized in numerous specialized Information Processing disciplines involving a range of hardware/software solutions, two of which are concentrated, hand-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with Ephesoft software
Two (2) years’ experience in Ephesoft or OpenText capture systems containing PII, PHI, and HIPPA information in a multi-tenant environment

Required Skills

Proficiency in OpenText Intelligent Capture.
Advanced knowledge of application networking and load balancing.
Experience with plug-in development and custom integrations, including scripting and API usage.
Familiarity with vulnerability management tools and practices.
Expertise in scan form template creation and editing.

Desired Skills

7+ years of progressive experience in Information Processing, with at least:
4 years specialized in OpenText Intelligent Capture or Ephesoft systems.
4 years of hands-on experience working with systems containing sensitive data in a secure, multi-tenant environment.
