In this position, you will collaborate daily with cross-functional teams to define priorities, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable solutions. Responsibilities include creating workflow diagrams and process maps to illustrate business and technical processes, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, traceability matrices, and facilitating clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
