Content Designer – Strategy Consultant
Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Strategic Delivery Consultant to support senior leadership in driving organizational performance and operational efficiency. This role will focus on helping executives (Vice President) and their direct reports (Directors & Managers), managing complex projects, “up-leveling” presentations, and promoting collaboration across their multiple teams. The ideal candidate should be able to streamline tasks, lead initiatives with VPs and middle managers, and support executive decision-making. The ideal candidate should also be able to work onsite in San Jose, CA at least three days a week.
Responsibilities:
Act as an advisor to senior leadership, particularly their reports, to ensure deliverables are crisp and concise
Manage and prioritize tasks assigned by multiple managers simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and facilitating collaboration across departments.
Lead internal and external meetings, providing insights to improve organizational strategy and efficiency.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Excellent PowerPoint preparation skills
