We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Quality Assurance / Quality Control Manager to lead our team in ensuring that every treat we bake meets our high standards of excellence. If you have a love for food safety and a knack for leadership, this could be your dream role!

Your Role in Our Recipe:

Lead & Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of Quality technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and food safety excellence.
Ensure Perfection: Oversee all QA processes, from incoming ingredients to finished products, ensuring compliance with SQF, HACCP, and other key certifications.
Champion Quality: Be the go-to expert for all things food safety, working closely with production, R&D, and other teams to keep our standards sky-high.
Innovate & Improve: Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement solutions to keep our bakery ahead of the curve.
Your Mix of Ingredients:

Expertise in Food Safety: A Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Microbiology, or a related field, with in the food industry.
Certifications Galore: SQF, HACCP, AIB certifications, and a solid background in food safety training, allergen control, and sanitation.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop a team, ensuring everyone is aligned with our commitment to quality.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with statistical process control techniques.
