About the job
We are seeking Project Manager/Scrum Master to work on a hybrid schedule in Atlanta (GA)

Design and implement resource tracking, order reconfiguration, and escalation reporting.

Manage the technical ecosystem for these platforms.

Attend and actively participate in meetings with the business teams to understand their objectives and devise actionable plans.

5 – 7+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, ability to manage multiple projects at one time.

Experience working with Jira boards, Excel, and Smartsheets for project tracking.

Experience working in an Agile Environment and working with scrum methodologies.

Collaborate with the care model lead, engineering teams, SFMC teams, and the business team.

Ability to devise action plans and align teams with business objectives.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and strong communication.

Expertise in project planning, tracking, and risk mitigation.
