Job Description

Must-have skills: IT work exp as a Client Technologies Technician (tier 2 support), exp with set up, configuration, and support of specific business application packages including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Any Microsoft, Apple or ITIL Certification, programming and .NET technologies

Requirements:
• IT work experience as a Client Technologies Technician (1+ year)• Experience with set up, configuration, and support of business application packages like Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or Customer Relationship Management (CRM)or Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology-related fieldPreferred:• Experience with programming and .NET technologies• Any Microsoft, Apple, or ITIL certification
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Provide setup and configuration of applications.• Offer 2nd tier support for business applications within the enterprise.• Develop recommendations for improving software support services.• Establish and manage effective working relationships with other departments and personnel.• Analyze program performance and take corrective actions as needed.• Consult on the evaluation and implementation of packaged applications.• Implement, configure, and deploy new packaged software applications
